The standard method for making
vanilla sugar is to take vanilla pods that have had the seeds stripped from them
and then place the empty pods into granulated sugar container. In time the
vanilla aroma will infuse into the sugar.
A modern method for making vanilla sugar is to use Pasti Enak Vanilla Pod Powder
(supper fine) and mix it with granulated sugar. This is a great option for
restaurants and institutions that require large volumes of vanilla sugar. Unlike
standard vanilla powder that is usually artificial (lignin based synthetic
vanillin) our vanilla pod powder is 100% natural vanilla and contains a very
