Vanilla Icing Recipe
how to make vanilla icing


200 grams of powdered sugar
40 milliliters of hot water
1 small splash of vanilla extract or Pasti Enak Vanilla Caviar + Pasti Enak Vanilla Pod Powder.

Place the powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and add enough hot water to make a smooth paste similar in consistency to yogurt.

If you are not going to use the icing immediately place a small amount of water on the surface of the mixture to prevent a crust from forming.
If you are planning on keeping the icing for a long period of time mix 10 ml of corn syrup into the paste (this will keep the icing from crystallizing, icing should now last up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator)

This can be use as Vanilla Cake Icing
