Vanilla Frosting Recipe (Vanilla Buttercream)

340 grams soft unsalted butter
107 grams soft vegetable marine
4 milliliters vanilla extract or 1 pinch of Pasti Enak Vanilla Caviar. + 2 ml of vanilla extract
4 egg whites
255 grams granulated sugar

1. In a bowl combine the butter with margarine and place on the side at room temperature
2. In another bowl Combine egg whites and sugar in a mixing bowl. Place the bowl over simmering water and heat to 140 F (60 C), whipping constantly to avoid cooking the egg whites.
3. Remove from heat and whip the mixture at high speed until it has cooled completely
4. When the egg whites are cooled add in vanilla and then gradually fold in the butter mixture. Make sure that the butter is at room temperature when it is added.
